1. Is shipping really free?
Yes — we offer free shipping on every order within the United States.
2. Where do you ship?
We only ship within the U.S. (all 50 states and U.S. territories). We do not currently ship internationally.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, plus 5–10 business days for transit after your order ships.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

We work with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast, reliable delivery. The carrier is selected based on your location and order details.
6. What is your return policy?
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Start the process by emailing info@pelotan.shop. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
7. How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
9. What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pelotan.shop with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a prepaid label and either replace it or issue a refund.

11. Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us immediately at info@pelotan.shop with your order number, we’ll try to make changes before it ships.

Yes — applicable state and local sales taxes will be added at checkout.

If your order hasn’t shipped, we can often cancel it. Email us right away at info@pelotan.shop with your order number.
14. What items are final sale?
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. This includes clearance and certain promotional products.
