We want you to love every Pelotan purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You may initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@pelotan.shop with your order number.
  2. Our team will send you a Return Authorization (RMA) and step-by-step instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error (see “Damaged or Incorrect Items” below).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is a result of Pelotan’s error).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@pelotan.shop and include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale (typically clearance or promotional items) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Intimate apparel
  • Custom-made or personalized items
