Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

Handling & Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays) after payment confirmation.

Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on destination, seasonal carrier volume, or weather-related delays.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for every order. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with various trusted carriers—including USPS, UPS, and FedEx—to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on location, package size, and service efficiency.

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@pelotan.shop with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@pelotan.shop before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
